SHARING
The sharing of the company culture and customer values are of crucial importance in this phase where we try to establish a good relationship with the customer. We don’t have to give answers at this moment but just ask good questions, we have to understand if we have a conceptual sharing of how to deal with change.
INSIGHT
The content of the Insight step is planned in the sharing phase. The planned activities are alternated (rarely more than one), in some cases they can be offered free of charge; the aim is to refine the knowledge of the client and create an effective relationship in order to reach a solid conceptual agreement on the project.
EXPLORE
Explore analyses the defined Innovation change project, starting from the strategy, assesses the company’s areas and general competencies to define the stakeholders’ objectives. On the basis of the levers of change identified, a business case is created that can lead the consultancy and the client to a conceptual agreement on the project.
ROAD MAP
The Road Map phase aims to fine-tune the strategic and implementation path of the change, and consists of defining the operational plan of the project, milestones and phase reviews that will allow the continuation or remodelling of the change project to be assessed.
