Enterprise Value Monitoring

Enterprise Value Monitoring

“The control of the performance of any business is, in most cases, delegated to the person in charge of finance and control (CFO) of the company; we believe that it is, instead, a shared responsibility, where the language of monetary valuation is the only one common to all those involved, both internal and external. For this reason it is important, beyond what is already required by the reporting imposed by law (financial statements, notes, …), to set up a management model, shared by the company management, where to compare objective measurements. The model starts with the description of processes, the definition and measurement of KPIs, and through the modelling of the way in which resources are absorbed, and the translation over time of economic aspects into financial values to arrive at a logical and coherent picture of what the strategy in place leads to evaluate the company.
The answers we are looking for:
– What are the economic aspects and elements to be kept under control?
– How in-depth is management accounting?
– With which measurements is it necessary and useful to control the processes of the company?
– Which financial elements should be carefully planned, monitored and controlled?
– How much is our company worth and how should we consider value in the development of strategy?”
