Business analysis is used to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. Solutions often include a software systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement, organisational and corporate culture change, or strategic planning and policy development. One of the aspects that makes business analysis interesting is the range and nature of business change projects. The business systems studied and the approaches needed to conduct business analysis work can be very varied. Within the different project contexts, adapting the activities we carry out using the most appropriate methodologies and techniques enables us to make changes effective.
